Andrew Banson stands as a pivotal figure in the growth and achievements of Civil Survey Solutions and Civil Survey Applications.

His journey with Civil Survey Solutions began 15 years ago, following a tenure as a Survey and Design Officer in local government in New South Wales, where he honed his industry expertise.

In his initial role as an Application Specialist, Andrew worked as a software trainer and provided technical support for Advanced Road Design & AutoCAD Civil 3D. He also crafted bespoke applications for AutoCAD Civil 3D, showcasing his knack for innovation. 

In 2016, he took a significant leap, joining the Civil Site Design software development team, which he now leads.

Andrew’s dedication to forging groundbreaking solutions in civil engineering and surveying is unwavering. His enthusiasm for the latest AI advancements is evident as he explores integrating these technologies into our software applications.

When not at work, Andrew spends his time playing chess, which he picked up during the Covid lockdown, bike riding, and caring for his garden with his wife.
