Deb Hynes joined our team at the end of 2024, bringing with her an extensive history of supporting Autodesk users, and a passion for building meaningful, long-term customer relationships. As a Business Development Manager, she plays a key role in supporting our customers, by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring our customers get the most out of their Autodesk subscriptions.

Deb thrives on forging a long term relationship, and really understanding her clients. Instead, she focuses on customer success, treating her clients as true “business partners” and putting in the effort to maintain the trust and relationships she has built over the years. What excites her most about Civil Survey Solutions? It is the extensive services we can provide our customers, which will enable her to support her customers, and see them grow and succeed.

With over 30 years in the Autodesk reseller market, Deb has seen first-hand how the lack of experienced technical support can leave businesses struggling. Wanting to bridge this gap, she joined Civil Survey Solutions, where she can finally offer her business partners not just software, but the right expertise to support their success.

Outside of work, Deb leads a creative lifestyle—whether she’s reading, writing her own book, or unwinding with her favourite sports shows. But above all, she cherishes two things: her daughters and really good chocolate.
