Sukhwinder, or “Sunny” as we call him, joined our team in March 2024. Since then, he has seamlessly blended his background in civil engineering with his passion for helping customers. His role as Sales and Training Coordinator involves working with customers to ensure a streamlined transaction process for their Autodesk software and assisting them with their training and professional development needs.

Sunny thrives on the variety his job offers—no two days are ever the same. Whether it’s guiding a new customer through their initial steps or assisting existing clients with account enquiries, Sunny enjoys the unique challenges each day brings. His favourite part of his role? The satisfaction of overcoming obstacles, big or small, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.

With a qualification and background in civil engineering, Sunny has always been fascinated by the construction industry. In his previous roles as an estimator, he worked closely with engineers and architects, tackling numbers and figures. However, his curiosity for project design and implementation led him to explore the software driving these processes. This is what brought him to Civil Survey Solutions, where he now plays a pivotal role in supporting customers’ journeys in learning and adopting industry-leading software.

When he’s not busy helping customers, Sunny leads an active lifestyle. He’s a sports enthusiast, enjoying cricket, volleyball, and badminton. Although he doesn’t follow sports teams religiously, his passion for cricket means he occasionally tunes in to cheer for the Indian cricket team. In addition to sports, music is another significant part of his life, and he strives to practise whenever possible to improve his skills.

One thing Sunny can’t live without is solitude. While he cherishes time spent with his partner and friends, he equally values 

moments of quiet reflection. These moments give him the space to recharge and ponder life’s many facets.

Sunny’s blend of technical know-how, customer focus, and appreciation for life’s simple joys makes him a valued member of the Civil Survey Solutions team.
