The results are clear: you told us that managing, storing, sharing and collaborating on documents (like architectural, engineering or CAD files) is challenging – to say the least.
Here are some stats from our recent survey*:
- 70% of respondents experience frequent difficulty in document management and collaboration
- On average, 2 hours are lost every week per team member in getting the right versions of files to the right people
- For design reviews, approvals and transmittals, 60% of respondents said this was all done manually – no automation at all, and
- 3 in 5 respondents sometimes or frequently felt unsure if they were working on the latest version of a file
