Marketing Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for a technology-savvy person to join our team as a marketing assistant. This role will work closely with our marketing manager to deliver our B2B marketing strategies across several different areas of the business, including our digital marketing, organic socials, promotions, and coordinating trade events. The ideal candidate will be an organised individual comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with the broader team while working autonomously to manage their responsibilities.

The role is a minimum of 24 hours per week at our head office in Notting Hill, Victoria. We offer flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements.

$65K + Super Pro Rata (depending on experience)

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating the creation and scheduling of our LinkedIn Content
  • Coordination of the monthly technical newsletter
  • Assisting in website management and digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordination resources required for trade shows and events

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant education and experience in business, marketing or similar.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • An aptitude for new technologies and programs and eagerness to continuously learn.
  • Experience in graphic design experience, in particular Canva
  • Some experience in email marketing
  • Understanding of the engineering and construction industries or willing to learn
  • Basic WordPress skills to assist in managing our websites
